This Privacy Policy applies to the Unblur Me mobile application (the “Application”) and sets out the rules for collecting any personal data that you provide to us. By accessing and/or using the Application, you are accepting the practices set out in this Privacy Policy.

Unblur Me is a dating application which allows its users to register, upload personal information to an account, search for people by distinct parameters and chat with them online, take photos, post them, share them with other users, etc. In order to be able to access the Application, you need to register with it. In connection with this registration, you provide certain data about you, including your name, your profile picture, if you choose to upload one, and your email.

We may automatically collect certain information, including, but not limited to: (a) the GPS location of your device, subject to your consent; (b) the information about your mobile device, including its model, operating system and version, unique device ID, IP address, and mobile network information; (c) image data on your device; (d) the information about the type of mobile Internet browsers you use.

We may use third-party services to analyze the Application in order to understand better how the Application is being used, the frequency and duration of usage. These third-party services may use cookies, web beacons and other technologies to collect user data. We may also share encrypted data you have provided for analysis or advertising related use.

You acknowledge and agree that we may exchange automatically collected data with third parties who help us to monitor and analyze data regarding your use of the Application, including OpenUDID, vendor ID for iOS platform, Mac address, information about your device systems, and the country setting on your device.

The Application is not available for the use by children aged under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under the age of 18.

We take all the necessary measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, misuse or alteration by third parties such as hackers. Although we provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal data while transmitting it or storing it on our systems. You acknowledge and agree that the submission of your personal data via the Internet is at your own risk.

We may update or change this Privacy Policy for any reason. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy for any changes from time to time. Your continued use of the Application following any changes to this Privacy Policy shall be deemed approval of all changes.
